Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment. Items may be returned up to 10 days from receiving the order. Personalized items are made to order and therefore cannot be returned.

Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website or via other channels are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason and at our sole discretion. However we will endeavour to provide alternative solutions where possible and at our discretion to avoid inconvenience.


Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in the currency specified on our website or invoices. Payment is required in full at the time of order placement, unless other payment terms are otherwise agreed with one of our team members by email.


Shipping: We strive to ship orders promptly. However, shipping times may vary depending on product availability and destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes.


Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our products.


Product Warranty: Our products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty of 2 years. 


Returns: We accept returns within 10 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges. Please allow adequate time for the refund to be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.


Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Additional charges may apply for exchanges.


Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.


Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as custom-made or personalized products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
